Recipe
- Glassware: Collins/Tall
- 50ml Sloane’s Gin
- 25ml lemon juice
- 10ml elderflower liqueur
- 10ml peach juice
- 50ml pear juice
- 2.5ml Fernet Branca
Shake ingredients together with ice and pour in to an ice filled glass. Garnish with a pear fan.
